I have been in the jewelry business for more than 30 years. I’ve seen this business evolve from Native American Jewelry (we started with) to a full service business carrying every type of fine jewelry and timepiece (at one time or another). Along the way I’ve handled the wholesale, retail, repair, and manufacturing portions of the business.

It’s a darn good thing I’ve worn all those hats because along the way I went from long hair to no hair and I’ve needed the headgear for warmth!

    Now while I continue to run a successful “brick & mortar” store I’m venturing into the world of e-commerce.

Customer service and communication is the bedrock of a successful business and it becomes even more important on the web.  In the Haddonfield store we work hard to develop long term relationships.  In fact, most of our clients become personal friends.   I intend to create relationships that last as long on the website as the relationships have been in our shop. Since, on the web, you don't get to meet face-to-face  you have to find new ways to develop a long distance dialog and trust with your clientele.  I will  work harder than ever to earn that from each and every one of you. Part of that philosophy is what I like to call  -

    I know that, when You get a good value (fair price, answers when you need them, good quality product, timely and professional service, etc.) for your money and We get a fair price for what we give you - we’re both happy!

    I will be reading your emails, listening to your phone calls and taking your input seriously because this is a relationship and we want you to be satisfied. At our web store  you’ll see some of the items that are offered in our Haddonfield, NJ showroom and many items that are only offered on the site. Using the web is just one way that I can expand my selection and keep prices reasonable for both our in store customers and our e-commerce customers. I even have a computer right on the sales floor of our shop.  Walk-in clientele can order from the web shop right on the premises.
