entertaining, stimulating . your store is wonderfully different . my wife Ronnie adored the handmade garnet bracelet , & your written commentary about it ( our anniversary , last November ). Best wishes for your continued success - someday you may even be able to buy a pair of shoes.

Dear Bill, I just thought you might enjoy hearing how delighted I've been with my Rolex since your firm completed repairs on it last fall. On November 10, 2003, shortly after receiving my repaired watch, I set it to "the Official U.S. time, using the National Institute of Standards and Technology's (NIST) time site, http://nist.time.gov/ Each Monday, I excitedly compare my watch to the official time (obviously, I don't have much of a life). While the daily gain had been a near constant 3.28 seconds a day, it is now gaining just 3.23 seconds a day, on average. Amazingly, after 56 days (4,838,400 seconds) my watch has gained just 181 seconds, meaning that it's accurate to 0.0000374 (three hundred seventy four ten-millionths) which (if multiplied by 100) is 0.00374 %. Wow. Nice work. Regards, George Evanoff
