Warranty Svc & Repairs

Many of the fine products we sell carry in-house warranties.  A number of them carry manufacturers warranties, too.   Items with manufacturers warranties ,especially lines that we are official dealers for,  should be sent directly to the manufacturer for service (during the warranty period).   In case you're wondering why we encourage you to send these items to the manufacturer? -

Because most manufacturers offer FREE or reduced price warranty service for their fine items. 

Why pay for repairs or wait extra time for us to send, receive, and re-ship your item to you?  We believe that your time is extremely valuable and we know that you work hard for your money. 

We won't waste your time or your money - EVER!

After your warranty has expired our  technicians and artisans will be happy to expertly and reasonably repair your item in our modern workshop facility. 

Items that are serviced in house are:

• Gold, Silver, and Platinum Jewelry.
• Vintage timepieces.  (wristwatches, pocket watches, clocks)
• Designs by BILL

Items that should be sent directly to the manufacturer - during the warranty period are:

• Skagen
• Immersion watches from Italy
• Morellato jewelry from Italy
